On 6 August the club helped run the International Plastic Modellers, Society show at Thornbury. This is an event for model makers and wargamers, which we have been involved with for some years, primarily running the bring and buy.
The event took place over three halls at Thornbury Leisure Centre in Gloucestershire.
We ran the Bring and Buy stand as well a Warmaster Ancient Battles game featuring Assyrians and Egyptians.
There were a number of wargames competitions running including DBA.
Models on display included aircraft,tanks, dioramas and figurines.
